When Should You Schedule a Mold Assessment?

- Suspected mold on walls, ceilings, baseboards, or other materials.
- A musty smell without an obvious source.
- Damp materials, recurring condensation, or moisture stains.
- Areas affected by a roof leak, plumbing leak, or flooding.
- Mold concerns during a property purchase, renovation, or tenant turnover.
Tell us which rooms are affected and what you have noticed. We’ll discuss the appropriate scope and confirm the price before scheduling your visit.

Miami Mold Inspection
A mold assessment brings together a visual inspection, moisture readings, and sampling results to evaluate the area of concern and document recommended next steps.
Discuss your concerns. We ask about the affected rooms, visible growth, odors, and any history of water damage.

We discuss your concerns, the affected rooms, the type of property, and any known water damage. This conversation helps us understand what you need and explain the appropriate service and pricing.
The phone consultation is free. If a property visit is needed, we discuss and agree on its scope and pricing beforehand.
Are mold inspection and testing separate services?
Our visual inspection and mold testing are included within the mold assessment package.
The visual assessment evaluates the area of concern, moisture readings help document damp conditions, and air and swab samples are submitted for laboratory analysis. These findings are brought together in the full report and remediation protocol.

Why get a mold assessment before remediation?
