Planning an Assessment Around a Retail or Showroom Schedule
For a retail space, showroom or office, tell us your business hours and when the affected areas can be accessed. Let us know whether the concern involves a display area, a storage room or a space shared with other tenants. After-hours scheduling is available for commercial spaces, with arrangements agreed for each project.
The assessment evaluates building areas within the agreed scope; it does not test merchandise, artwork or fabrics. Commercial assessments receive a property-specific quote, and residential assessments use the $389 three-sample package. The report records findings and limitations, and the remediation protocol guides cleanup decisions.
